1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All Clean Start Academy products are digital educational products delivered electronically.Products include:

  • Online courses
  • Training videos
  • Downloadable manuals
  • Business resources
  • Templates
  • Community access
  • Educational materials

2. IMMEDIATE ACCESS

Following successful payment, customers receive immediate access to digital content.By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that access begins immediately upon enrolment.

3. WAIVER OF CANCELLATION RIGHTS

By purchasing a Clean Start Academy product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once access to the digital content has commenced.

4. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be provided once:
  • Access has been granted
  • Login credentials have been issued
  • Any part of the course has been accessed
  • Any downloadable material has been made available
All sales are considered final once access has been provided.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • Duplicate payments have been made
  • A payment has been processed in error
  • A technical fault prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Clean Start Academy is legally required to provide a refund

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Clean Start Academy before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Permanent account termination
  • Recovery of associated costs
  • Legal action where appropriate
