1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Clean Start Academy Community.

Our community exists to provide a professional environment where members can learn, collaborate, share experiences, ask questions and support one another while building and growing successful exterior cleaning businesses.

These Community Guidelines apply to all community areas operated by Clean Start Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Skool Community
  • Live Coaching Calls
  • Group Training Sessions
  • Webinars
  • Discussion Forums
  • Messaging Features
  • Community Challenges
  • Member Networking Areas

By joining or participating in any Clean Start Academy community, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

2. COMMUNITY VALUES

All members are expected to contribute positively to the community by:

  • Treating others with respect
  • Supporting fellow members
  • Sharing knowledge constructively
  • Maintaining professionalism
  • Acting with integrity
  • Encouraging collaboration
  • Contributing to a positive learning environment

3. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Members must conduct themselves professionally at all times.The following behaviour is prohibited:
  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Threatening behaviour
  • Discrimination
  • Hate speech
  • Personal attacks
  • Abusive language
  • Intimidation
  • Offensive or inappropriate content
Any behaviour that negatively impacts the community environment may result in disciplinary action.

4. NO SPAM OR UNSOLICITED PROMOTION

The community is designed for education and collaboration, not unsolicited advertising.Members may not:

  • Spam the community
  • Flood discussions
  • Post repetitive content
  • Send unsolicited sales messages
  • Promote unrelated products or services
  • Advertise external communities without permission
  • Post affiliate links without approval

Clean Start Academy reserves the right to remove promotional content at its discretion.

5. RESPECT FOR MEMBER PRIVACY

Members must respect the privacy of other community members.You may not:

  • Share another member’s personal information
  • Share private conversations without permission
  • Distribute member contact details
  • Publish confidential discussions outside the community

Respect for member confidentiality is essential.

6. NO MEMBER POACHING

Members may not use the community to recruit, solicit or target other members for:

  • Coaching programmes
  • Consulting services
  • Competing communities
  • Business opportunities
  • Partnerships
  • Sales activities

without prior written permission from Clean Start Academy.
Any attempt to solicit members may result in immediate removal.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All course materials, downloads, templates, videos and resources remain the intellectual property of Clean Start Academy.Members may not:

  • Share course content externally
  • Copy training materials
  • Distribute downloads
  • Record training sessions
  • Upload course content elsewhere
  • Sell or reproduce any materials

Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.

8. LIVE CALLS AND TRAINING SESSIONS

Members attending live coaching calls, webinars or training sessions are expected to:

  • Behave professionally
  • Treat speakers respectfully
  • Avoid disruptive behaviour
  • Allow others an opportunity to participate
  • Follow moderator instructions

Clean Start Academy reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt sessions.

9. RECORDINGS

Certain community calls, coaching sessions, webinars and training events may be recorded.By participating in these sessions, members acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recordings may be made
  • Questions may be included in recordings
  • Recordings may be made available to other members
  • Recordings may be used within the platform for educational purposes

10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Community discussions often contain opinions, experiences and recommendations shared by members.

Clean Start Academy does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of information posted by members.

Members remain responsible for independently assessing any advice, recommendations or information shared within the community.

11. REPORTING CONCERNS

If you witness behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines, please contact: info@cleanstartacademy.co.uk

Clean Start Academy reserves the right to investigate complaints and take appropriate action.

12. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Where a member breaches these Community Guidelines, Clean Start Academy may take action including:

  • Content removal
  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the community
  • Permanent termination of course access in serious cases

The level of action taken will be determined at the sole discretion of Clean Start Academy.

13. NO REFUNDS FOR REMOVAL

Where a member is removed from the community or platform due to a breach of these Community Guidelines, no refund will be provided.

Members are responsible for ensuring their conduct remains compliant with these Guidelines.

14. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

Clean Start Academy reserves the right to amend these Community Guidelines at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website and/or within the community platform.
